My name is Peter Thomas and I have been a practising counsellor/psychotherapist for twelve years. I am fully qualified and I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period helping them to reflect on and talk through the following types of problems:

The aim of counselling will be to help you work through your problems, to help you feel better about yourself and make changes to your life.
My practice is located within 10 minutes walk of Banstead railway station and is easily accessible by bus, train or car from Sutton, Cheam, Banstead, Belmont, Wallington, Carshalton, Croydon, and Epsom.
